Software Queensland runs a series of Peer Group lunches. The next one features Andrew Eddie as keynote speaker:

Based in Toowoomba, Andrew has helped produce a product that has achieved over 10 Million downloads World-wide, has a developer community greater than 250,000 people and an extensions catalogue with more than 3000 add-on components.

Andrew was also awarded the inaugural Software Queensland Medal in 2009 which was in recognition of his contributions to industry and as a worthy Queenslander who has:

* shown exemplary ambassadorial, entrepreneurial or innovative excellence within the State's software industry

* demonstrated a truly outstanding performance within or for the industry, achieving National or Global recognition"
